Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten Round-Up for the 2018-2019 school year will be begin April 19th from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM in the Oologah Enrollment Office (across the parking lot from the Middle School Office)

Children eligible for Pre-K must be 4 on or before September 1, 2018.  Pre-Kers attend from 8 AM until 2:20 PM. Transportation will not be provided for Pre-K students. Kindergarten students must be 5 on or before September 1, 2018. Kindergartners attend from 8 AM until 2:40 PM.

If your student is a Pre-Ker attending the 2017-2018 school year at Oologah Lower Elementary you do not have to pre enroll them for Kindergarten. They will automatically "roll-up".

The Caring Van will be available to administer free immunizations from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM on the April 19th.


Documentation required for enrollment:

Proof of residency:  Acceptable proof includes current, original, full page electric in the name of the care provider reflecting the service address. If you do not have a utility bill you may bring CURRENT mortgage documents, a CURRENT lease agreement or a Real Estate purchase contract (NO CONTINGENCY CLAUSE) reflecting the property address, agent's name, address and phone number.

If you use a Post Office Box as your mailing address, we must have your 911 address also.

An original state certified birth certificate.  No hospital certificates will be accepted.

Updated Immunization records from the health department or doctors office must be presented for students to enroll.  Immunizations must be current and up to date.

Proof of Guardianship (if applicable):  If the enrollee is not living with both birth parents you must provide proof of guardianship (court document).  Notarized statements will not be accepted.

Parent/Guardian's drivers license.

Other documents (if applicable): Certified Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) Card.

Important addresses and telephone numbers (i.e. place of employment, physician, emergency contacts and phone numbers).

Only the parent or legal guardian can pre-enroll a student.
