Student Transfer Steps

If you are a parent or legal guardian and are wanting to transfer your child into the Oologah-Talala School District, please follow these steps:

Familiarize yourself with the current Rules, Regulations, and Policies

-Student Transfer Summary

-Oologah-Talala Public Schools Policy

-State Department of Education Site

Check Availability in your Child's Grade Level

-Current Enrollment and Availability

Fill out the Student Transfer Application Form

-Student Transfer Form

If there is Availability in your child's grade level, Submit the Student Transfer Application Form to Donna Parrett in the OTPS Central Enrollment Office. You will also be required to submit the following documents:

-A copy of the student's birth certificate

-Verification of Residency

-Current immunization record

If there is no availability in your child's grade level, your child's name will be put on a waiting list. As space becomes available, students will be chosen from the waiting list in the same order they were put on the waiting list. If your child's name is on the waiting list, you will be notified when a spot becomes available.
