Drivers Education
The course is offered during the regular school year and during the summer. The tuition cost for the course is $250.00. A driver education student must be 15 years of age when receiving behind-the-wheel instruction from a certified instructor.
If you are interested in having your child take Driver Education, you should return the application form and payment on the first day of class.

Location: Oologah Middle School, Room 224
Enrollment: All students must be at least 15 years old by the time they begin driving in class
Tuition: The tuition for driver education is $250 payable the first day of class.
Course Description: This course provides the student with 30 hours of classroom work and 6 hours of driving time. this will help student pass the state driving exam, plus learn important safe driving rules, defensive driving skills, and care and maintenance of a car.
Grading: The student will be graded on tests, quizzes, driving evaluation and attendance. student will receive a grade for the course
Attendance Policy: Students are required to attend class on the dates provided, failure to attend could result in failure of class. driving times will be scheduled by the instructors when it is convenient for both parties.
Supplies: Student will need to bring something to write with and provide an Oklahoma driver's manual. you can buy them at the tag agency or print them off from this web site http://www.dps.state.ok.us/dls/odm.html you may also pack a lunch and snack.
Credit: Upon satisfactory completion, the student will receive 1/2 unit of credit
