Our team competed at the OSSAA regionals this weekend and placed 5th overall. 9 students qualified in 11 events for the state tournament to be held April 10-12 at SNU. Qualifiers included:

Laneigh Locken: Informative Speaking, Lincoln-Douglas Debate, Monologue, Dramatic Duet

Jenna Wells: Dramatic Interpretation, Monologue, Humorous Duet

Teagan Jones: Domestic Extemporaneous, Public Forum Debate

Jamie Smothers: Humorous Duet

Avery Wright: Dramatic Duet

Conner Claflin: Public Forum Debate

Samantha Ross: Standard Oratory

Gabby Quinby: Domestic Extemporaneous

Maycee Becker: Monologue

Our assistant coach, Nikki Prock, served as a judge  in addition to managing the team.  In addition, community members and alumni also helped critique rounds at the event.
