Congratulations to The Oologah High School Jazz Ensemble for earning superior and excellent ratings at the Southwestern Oklahoma State University Jazz festival. Several students received outstanding soloist awards. Jacob Harrington, Cuylar Jensen, Kaden Ko Ko Petty, Kalei Kellogg, and Eli Mcelroy. We had the privilege of listening to the Terell Stafford Quintet, Mr. Stafford is probably New York's finest trumpet player. We also attended a masterclass on his career as well as many students meeting and talking with him.
