OMS Families,
We have some information to share with you about Lifelines Suicide Prevention Curriculum that we will be presenting to our students when we return from Spring Break.
Lifelines is a 4 lesson curriculum designed to help students learn what to do when faced with a peer/friend who may be thinking of harming themselves. They will also learn about different resources we have available for anyone who is struggling with really sad thoughts.
Please watch the parent video by clicking on the link provided to hear about the information we will be presenting.

OMS Families,
We are pleased that Rogers County's level has been downgraded to Orange 1. This allows us to bring all our students (excluding full-time virtual students) back on campus. We look forward to seeing our students on Monday!

OTPS Families,
Because of the weather and road conditions our food delivery truck has been delayed and will not arrive until sometime tomorrow.
We plan to resume Grab and Go Meal distribution on Monday, February 22nd from 9:15 – 9:45 am.
Families may fill out the online form to order meals for up to 7 days per child under 18 years in their household.
Please make sure to answer all questions completely with the pick up date stating Monday.
Thank you!

OTPS will be on Distance Learning for the remainder of the week. Continue to follow our Distance Learning protocol. If your child has questions or concerns, please email their teachers. Stay safe & warm!

Good afternoon OMS Families,
We will continue to follow our Distance Learning plan Tuesday & Wednesday. All students should access Google Classroom through Clever to be counted present @ OMS.
If your child has any questions or concerns about accessing their Classrooms for any reason, please communicate by emailing their teachers to let them know.
Stay safe & warm!

OTPS Parents -
Oologah-Talala Public Schools will be distance learning for the remainder of this week and through Wednesday, February, 17 of next week. I am concerned with current road conditions but also next week's forecast of single digit morning temperatures for our bus riders. We will resume in person classes Thursday February 18, as long as weather permits.
Tomorrow (Thursday) we are providing a week's worth of breakfast and lunches for any child (0-18 years of age) from 11:00-12:00 at the Upper Elementary Storm Shelter. Please stay in your vehicle and the meals will be brought to you. To sign up for the meals please see our website and fill out the grab and go meal form.
Elementary students that need to pick up their school device can do that during the grab and go pick up time of 11:00-12:00 Thursday. Lower Elementary students will pick up their device by using the LE bus loop in front of the LE Storm Shelter and the Upper Elementary students will pick up their device at the Upper Elementary front entrance. Please stay in your vehicles and the device will be brought to you. You will also be receiving information from your child's Principal concerning this pick up.
Last, please be careful. Some roads have been treated and many have not. Please go slow and keep your distance to avoid any accidents. If you do not think it is safe, please stay at home. Your safety is our number one concern.
Stay Warm and Safe,
Max Tanner
Superintendent
