OUE Families - We will be on distance learning for the rest of the week. Please be sure to send your student back with their laptop and charger on Monday. We hope your family is all safe and warm, and we look forward to seeing everyone on Monday! ❄️❄️

Teachers will post work for your student beginning tomorrow and continuing each day we are out for distance learning. They will also be sending work that can be completed on paper for those who are experiencing internet or technology issues. We will be extremely understanding during this time, but we do ask that you please contact your child’s teacher via email, Remind, or other communication methods if you are unable to complete the work that is sent. Each teacher will also continue having a daily Zoom opportunity for your student if they should need any assistance or additional instruction.
It is our sincere hope that your family is warm and safe during this unprecedented weather. We will get through this together! If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your child’s teacher or email Mrs. Adkins at kendra.adkins@oologah.k12.ok.us. Be safe, and take care! 💙❄️💛

We will be rescheduling our Valentine's Day parties when we return to school. We also will still be delivering Valentine-grams for those who ordered! 💗💗💗

As a reminder, your child will not be receiving any work from their teacher on Friday or Monday. These days were already scheduled to be out for students due to Parent-Teacher Conferences and President's Day. We will resume sending work on Tuesday. Thank you so much, and stay safe!

Oologah-Talala Public Schools will be distance learning for the remainder of this week and through Wednesday, February, 17 of next week. I am concerned with current road conditions but also next week's forecast of single digit morning temperatures for our bus riders. We will resume in person classes Thursday February 18, as long as weather permits.
Tomorrow (Thursday) we are providing a week's worth of breakfast and lunches for any child (0-18 years of age) from 11:00-12:00 at the Upper Elementary Storm Shelter. Please stay in your vehicle and the meals will be brought to you. To sign up for the meals please see our website and fill out the grab and go meal form.
Elementary students that need to pick up their school device can do that during the grab and go pick up time of 11:00-12:00 Thursday. Lower Elementary students will pick up their device by using the LE bus loop in front of the LE Storm Shelter and the Upper Elementary students will pick up their device at the Upper Elementary front entrance. Please stay in your vehicles and the device will be brought to you. You will also be receiving information from your child's Principal concerning this pick up.
Last, please be careful. Some roads have been treated and many have not. Please go slow and keep your distance to avoid any accidents. If you do not think it is safe, please stay at home. Your safety is our number one concern.
Stay Warm and Safe,
Max Tanner
Superintendent

OUE Families: We will be on distance learning again tomorrow. Students should continue working to the best of their ability, but we will be flexible for those who have limited technology access! Just like today, all our teachers will be offering Zoom sessions tomorrow. These links will be sent out via Google Classroom and/or Remind. Students can also work from the learning menu their teachers have sent out. Have a great day, and please stay safe and warm!

Due to slick roads, we will have another Distance Learning Day tomorrow, February 9. Just like today, we will give those students who do not have their device at home extra time to complete their work. There will also not be any grab-and-go meals available tomorrow. If you have any questions or concerns, please email Mrs. Adkins at Kendra.adkins@oologah.k12.ok.us. Have a nice evening, and stay safe and warm! 💙❄️💛

Due to icy road conditions, today is a distance learning day. Our teachers will be assigning work on Google Classroom. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Mrs. Adkins at Kendra.Adkins@oologah.k12.ok.us. Thank you!
