We encourage EVERY family in the district to complete this form, as eligibility criteria has been updated and the district receives benefits based on participation and qualification. The form can be accessed in the Student Records Portal, which is where you completed your enrollment forms. Good afternoon, Mustang family! We are trying to determine whether we have the need to add an additional class of Pre-K for the 2024-2025 school year. If you are interested in your child attending pre-k this but have NOT enrolled yet, please do so as soon as possible. Your name will be added to a waiting list, and you will be contacted if an additional class is offered. Enrolling now does not guarantee your child a spot in a Pre-K class, but it will help us determine if we need to add another class. OTPS is offering sports physicals in the OHS gym on May 9th from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. These physicals are offered for students in 6th-12th grade. The cost is $25, payable by cash or check made out to Oologah Athletics.
AN UPDATED PHYSICAL IS REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS WHO WILL BE PARTICIPATING IN ANY OSSAA SPORT OR BAND.
The Physical Form is available on our website under the "Athletics" tab. You can also get a copy in the High School and Middle School offices.

Good morning, Mustang families! Unfortunately, we are going to close school for a snow day today. While there are portions of our district that have clear roads, there are many roads that are still unsafe for buses and teen drivers. We understand that it is inconvenient for school to be closed another day, but the safety of our students and staff are our top priority. Since this is a snow day, no work will be sent for students. Thank you for your understanding, and stay safe!
Good evening, Mustang families! We are actively monitoring road conditions in hopes we are able to have school tomorrow. Some of the roads across the district are clear, but many others remain icy. We are hoping that above-freezing temperatures overnight will melt the remaining roads. We will monitor the roads again tomorrow morning and communicate with families by 6:00 A.M. if we will be closed. A morning message will only be sent if the campus is closed. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
